先日、週の頭に京都出張になったので、この機会に観光もしてしまえということで出張前の休みに京都に行ってきました！
The other day, my business trip to Kyoto in the beginning of a week was decided, so I come up with an idea to schedule tiny trip to tourist spots in Kyoto city in the weekend before the business trip.
実は、なんだかんだ京都をよく素通りする割りに観光するのは初めてで、京都観光はなかなか新鮮でした。
It was the first time I visited Kyoto for sightseeing, so Kyoto’s spots are very fresh for me.
とりあえずは金閣寺へ。行き先として金閣寺と銀閣寺を候補に挙げましたが、限られた時間の中だったので、キラキラでインパクトの強そうな金閣寺を選びました。
First of all, Kinkakuji Temple. Kinkakuji temple and Ginkakuji temple came up for the site to visit this time, I chose Kinkakuji temple for its sparkling exterior that would create big impression.
しかし、実際に見て金閣寺って本当にあるんだ～と思ったくらい、これまでその存在に現実味がなかったのです。写真でしか見たことがなかったので。
Kinkakuji temple had no reality in my mind until I saw it, because I had seen it only in some pictures. Actually, I thought “Oh, Kinkakuji really exists!” in front of the pond in the site.
多数の観光客の方々がいたにもかかわらず、意外といい写真が取れました。金閣寺の紹介写真として定番な感じですね。
I could take nice photos despite lots of travelers. It is like the traditional pictures to introduce the temple.
多分ご利益があるんだと思いますが、皆様投げ銭。

金閣寺って、キラキラしてるのに下品じゃないのがすごいですよね。周りの庭園にきちんと溶け込んでいてしかも存在感がある。
Kinkakuji is sparkling, still it is elegant. It is matched to the Japanese garden, still it has a presence.
京都市内、もう2か所訪れたのでそれはまた今度記事を書きます。
